• HuaKya — team tasks, chat, and related workspace features
• InOutRegister — inward/outward physical document registers
• Phirti — field-duty tracking, including on-duty location and check-ins

HuaKya, InOutRegister, and Phirti are A3 Innovations products, not separate companies.

2. No Warranty

While we strive to provide accurate information and reliable products, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted, real-time, or error-free operation (including maps, GPS, notifications, search, or exports)
• Completeness, accuracy, or availability of website or in-app information
• That records, routes, or timestamps are suitable as the sole basis for payroll, discipline, legal, insurance, or safety decisions
• Absolute security or the absence of defects

Any reliance you place on such information or services is at your own risk, except where the law does not allow us to exclude that risk.

3. Not Professional Advice

Materials on our website and in our products are for general operational and informational use. They are not:

• Legal, financial, accounting, tax, or HR advice
• Medical, health, or public-safety advice
• Licensed professional engineering advice
• An emergency, SOS, or life-support system

4. Product-Specific Disclaimers

HuaKya

Task status, chats, ETAs, and reports depend on what users enter and on network/cloud availability. We do not guarantee that work is complete, assigned correctly, or that search results are exhaustive.

InOutRegister

Document registers reflect data and photos you store. We do not guarantee legal sufficiency of a register for audits, courts, or regulators. Keep originals where required.

Phirti

Location, duty logs, and live maps depend on device GPS, permissions, battery, connectivity, and third-party map/routing services. Position can be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable (indoors, spoofing, denied permissions). Phirti is not a guarantee of employee presence, safety, or hours worked.

5. Third-Party Services and Links

Our sites and apps may use or link to Apple, Google, Firebase, SMS providers, maps, WhatsApp, payment stores, and other vendors. We do not control their content or uptime. Links are not an endorsement. Loss arising from third-party services is subject to those providers’ terms and our Terms.

6. Results, Demos, and Marketing

We do not guarantee specific business results, user counts, or performance metrics. Demos, screenshots, and case-style language are illustrative. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Estimates assume conditions that may not occur.

If we ever use affiliate or sponsored placements, we will disclose them where required. We currently focus on our own products and services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A3 Innovations is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising from use of our websites or products. Mandatory consumer or other rights that cannot be excluded remain in force. The liability cap and other limits in our Terms apply.
