Our policy regarding refunds and returns
At A3 Innovations, we are committed to providing high-quality services and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services.
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of our services, including custom software development, consulting, and digital services, all sales are generally final. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
This policy applies to all services purchased from A3 Innovations, including but not limited to:
- Project-based services and retainers
- DevOps and cloud infrastructure services
- IT consulting and advisory services
- Custom software and mobile app development services
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Cancellation Before Work Begins: For services not yet started, a full refund may be available if cancellation is requested within 48 hours of payment
- Mutual Agreement: If both parties agree to terminate the service agreement and arrange for a refund
- Material Breach: If we materially breach our service agreement and fail to remedy the breach within a reasonable time after written notice
- Service Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services within the timeframe specified in our service agreement, and the delay is not caused by factors beyond our reasonable control
Refunds will generally not be provided for:
- Unsatisfactory results that are due to client-provided requirements or specifications
- Change of mind or change in business requirements
- Services where work has already commenced and progressed
- Services that have been completed and delivered
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to contactus@a3innovations.in with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Provide Details: Include your order number, payment date, amount paid, and reason for the refund request
- Review Period: We will review your request within 5-7 business days and respond to you
- Resolution: If approved, we will process the refund within 10-14 business days
Please note that all refund requests are subject to review and approval at our sole discretion.
4. Refund Methods
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction:
- Digital Wallets: Refunds to digital payment platforms may take 5-10 business days
- Bank Transfer: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer to the original account
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunds will be credited back to the original card within 10-14 business days
The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution and may take up to 14 business days after processing.
5. Partial Refunds
In some cases, a partial refund may be appropriate:
- Any refunded amount will exclude costs already incurred, including but not limited to third-party services, licenses, or resources purchased specifically for your project
- The refund amount will be calculated based on work completed, materials used, and administrative costs
- If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, we may provide a refund for the unused portion of the service
6. Time Limits
Refund requests must be submitted within the following timeframes:
- No Refund After: Refund requests will not be accepted after 30 days from the date of service completion or delivery
- After Service Delivery: Any issues or concerns must be reported within 14 days of service delivery to be considered for a refund
- Before Service Delivery: Refund requests for services not yet delivered must be made within 30 days of payment
7. Disputes and Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with your credit card company or payment provider. Chargebacks can result in additional fees and complications for both parties.
